Sales Operations Support Associate

Position Overview:


Our Sales Operations Associates play a critical role in the Sales Process. In this position, you be responsible for lending support to our Sales and Service Delivery Teams, administering existing contracts, coordinating with external teams on new contracts and following through on all client inquiries.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Ownership of the post sales documentation process
  • Validation of CRM Records as well as ensuring that all paperwork associated with closed deals
  • Creation and subsequent maintenance of file repository for client information
  • Assist with Internal Resource Scheduling for Sales calls
  • Coordinate with sales to handle prospect documentation requests
  • Partner with sales teams to customize intro/sales decks and proposal generation
  • Work with sales to respond to prospect RFIs/RFPs


Basic Qualifications:


  • BA/BS degree in business or related field
  • 1-3 years of supporting a Sales team
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Possess strong interpersonal and organization skills, ability to multi-task and handle projects independently as well as work together as part of a larger team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Ability to adapt and be effective with different personality types and styles
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
